The President and Chief Executive Officer of CURE International

Justin Narducci is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CURE International, a Christian NGO with over 1,100 employees that operates a global network of eight pediatric hospitals to provide surgical care for children living with treatable disabilities such as cleft palates and bowed legs.

In 2022, CURE International performed 14,000+ life-changing surgeries for children in the world's most underserved regions of Africa and the Philippines. Justin is an experienced international executive who has led global operations for NGOs and corporations.

Most recently, Justin served for seven years as President/CEO of Lifewater International, a community health and clean water non profit organization for small scale poverty alleviation. He led the organization through explosive growth, from six employees to over 180 and saw over 300% growth in beneficiaries.

He began his career at the Boeing Company, working with foreign governments on international finance and contracts. Justin holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University. Justin lives with his wife and three children in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
