A RE-AIM evaluation of 112 SURGhub courses delivered between June 2023 and July 2025 recorded 32,014 course enrolments from learners in 195 countries. Knowledge scores rose by a mean of 33.4 percentage points, while course content came mainly from organisations in high-income countries.
