Thierry Ramos

Thierry Ramos is a global health and development professional with more than 15 years of experience managing complex international programmes and multi-million-dollar grant portfolios. As Grant & Project Manager at the Global Surgery Foundation (GSF), he brings extensive expertise in grant lifecycle management, programme delivery, and partnership development to support the expansion of equitable access to surgical care worldwide.

Thierry has a strong track record of overseeing large-scale, multi-country initiatives across global health, including diagnostics, HIV, neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), and health systems strengthening. Thierry holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Political Science, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
